2. רקע השיר
Airplanes (מטוסים) הוא שיר של הראפר האמריקאי B.o.B בו משתתפת גם הזמרת היילי ויליאמס, מאלבום הבכורה של B.o.B‏ B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray. ‏Airplanes יצא כסינגל ב-13 באפריל 2010, וזכה להצלחה במצעדי פזמונים ברחבי העולם ואף הגיע למקום הראשון המצעד הבריטי ולמקום השני במצעד ההוט 100. "Airplanes" היה מועמד לפרס הגראמי בקטגוריית "שיתוף הפעולה הקולי הטוב ביותר (פופ)".

השיר הגיע למקום השישי במצעד סוף השנה של הבילבורד הוט 100, ולמקום השביעי במצעד סוף השנה הבריטי ובמצעד סוף השנה של גלגלצ.

לשיר יצא גם שיר המשך, "Airplanes, Part II", בו משתתף, מלבד B.o.B והיילי ויליאמס, גם אמינם. שיר ההמשך הוא הרצועה הסוגרת באלבום "B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray".

אני ממש מת על השיר המדהים הזה, הוא מושלם וקצבי והוא נשמע טוב באוזן, הוא שיר שאפשר לרקוד איתו ואני ממש ממליץ עליו, השיר ממש יפה וטוב, אני ממליץ לכולם לשמוע אותו והוא מהמם ומדהים ואני מת עליו ואני שומע אותו כל הזמן, הקליפ עצמו לדעתי יפה מאוד והכוראוגרפיה ממש טובה, הלחן ממש טוב ומשתלב יפה עם המילים.
