השיר Brooklyn Baby יצא ב-8 ביוני 2014 כסינגל רביעי מתוך האלבום השלישי של לנה דל ריי, "Ultraviolence". הוא הגיע למקום הראשון במצעד השירים מתחת להוט 100 של מגזין בילבורד.
השיר נכתב ע"י לנה דל ריי ובארי ג'יימס אוניל, ומדבר כמובן על ברוקלין שבניו יורק. מנגינתו דומה למנגינת השיר "Summertime Sadness", שיצא לפני כן ב-2012.

בכללי התחלתי לשמוע את לנה דל ריי לפני בערך חודש, ואני ממש מצטערת שרק עכשיו הכרתי אותה כי היא מדהימה. אני אוהבת מאוד את הסגנון של שנות ה-50 60 כזה שמתבטא גם במנגינה המרגשת ובשירה של לנה, ושיש בשירים של עוד זמרים.ות כמו נגיד דאב קמרון.
אז זה נכון שהשיר הזה מאוד מאוד דומה לSummertime Sadness (או שזאת רק אני) אבל זה לא הורס אותו בכלל בגלל שגם סמרטיים סאדנס הוא שיר מדהים ממש ואולי אסקר אותו מתישהו כאן (אם לא סיקרו אותו כבר אופס)
וכמובן, איך אפשר בלי חפירה ארוכה על הווייב של השיר! אז עוד סיבה שאני אוהבת את לנה דל ריי היא שיש בשירים שלה ממש ווייב של קיץ שזה אחד הדברים האהובים עליי בעולם. אולי זה בגלל שרוב השירים המוכרים שלה די דומים, אני לא יודעת. אז גם בשיר הזה יש ווייב של קיץ ובגלל זה אני אוהבת אותו כל כך.
מה שכן, לדעתי הגשר של I say I say קצת מוזר ומורח את השיר אבל אני מניחה שאין מה לעשות לגבי זה ואני אאלץ להמשיך לשמוע את השיר עם הגשר.
